Ratings and reviews

The app used to be easy to use... They just updated the UI without warning or consent. The new UI is clunky, hard to use, missing options, doesn't save filters, favorites restaurants you ordered from once and so on.. There are also plenty of bugs and the app now lags. From 5 stars to 2 stars because of a dumb design updats no one asked for.

The good thing about it is that there is an English language service. The ugly is that my late night order never arrived but they kept updating the time. At least, one should have an option to cancel such order.

Ordered food and did not received order. Got "limited order tracking" status without any possibility to understand what happening. Help button does nothing. Call to restaurant requires me to call in roaming. This is very sad, I am sitting hungry and waiting courier on the street. After 90 minutes of waiting I called to the restaurant to get no information but to spend in roaming more than the price of the burger. Very frustrating experience.
