The remote doesn't do anything at all. It's very annoying. I can't figure out why a normal remote application isn't working properly either.

all we have done for me was repeat repeat repeat repeat repeat the same message your connection has been restored and I couldn't do anything with the app at all no matter what I tried they're over it maybe they should

Everything it needs for remote control within one app! Touch pad with mouth pointer, text typing keyboard (search movies, URL links, google, etc...). Very usefull. No need of using usual plastic TV remote.
