It is honestly really good overall but the messaging delivery system is extremely glitchy and buggy. Sometimes messages won't be sent for hours and that too completely randomly so if you are in the middle of a conversation with someone, it gets completly cut off and it also becomes really hard to initiate a conversation too. Would really like to see a much more stable, robust and fast messaging system to make this platform amazing!

I made two different accounts and on both those accounts I was told the ending my life would be better. It was by the same person and I've reported them multiple times but somehow they're still on the app. This is absolutely ridiculous. I come on this app so that I may helpothers and receive help myself but I can't do that when things like this happen and aren't taken care of.

Not as bad as I've seen others say I am using the free abilities of this app, and it's not that bad. Getting to post your thoughts and get feedback from others who have words to say is great, and being able to give the same back to others feels just as therapeutic. When using it as free it's not exactly a place to seek professional help, but there's value in what it offers.
