Horrible company, rent from literally anywhere else in Dubai if you can. I've used them 4-5 times now and it's always the same story. Their app is glitchy (so they ask you for your documents through multiple channels), they don't respect drop-off or pick-up times, they don't use the information in the application so will call you 3-4 times to ask for the same data, there is no communication between the departments so there is 1000 different numbers and no consistency, and they have hidden fees.

I had a very unsatisfactory experience. I had reserved a 7 seater car two days in advance. However, two hours prior to the scheduled delivery, I was informed that the car was not available. So what is the use of this pre-booking system, as it appears to offer no guarantee of vehicle availability, even with early reservations? And why do they show car availability at the booking time if that car is not available for delivery?

Most worst rental, never book car from this app. I got fine on October 18th as per there request I cleared all fine amount and transfered black point to my license still 1000 fine was showing in MOI and I contacted with supporting team from last one month and they are telling the same thing repeatedly ,pay the fine again and send the receipt they will refund. I told them to refund the amount they are giving lame excuses like concern team is not available, they are not replying.very rude behavior
