Horrible company, rent from literally anywhere else in Dubai if you can. I've used them 4-5 times now and it's always the same story. Their app is glitchy (so they ask you for your documents through multiple channels), they don't respect drop-off or pick-up times, they don't use the information in the application so will call you 3-4 times to ask for the same data, there is no communication between the departments so there is 1000 different numbers and no consistency, and they have hidden fees.

Extremely painful experience; I would not recommend anyone to use their service. I rented a car in June and continued to receive charges/bills until August. Whenever I clear the outstanding , I get an email of another outstanding payment. What a hassle

very bad experience, they keep charging me for the car I gave back to them month ago, and when the tyre exploded I called them they said we don't have support, go change it or fix it and they charge me for it! I don't recommend dealing with this company at all, worst customer service ever, and no road support.
