I am very sad because I can't even log in as a new user. It says the email isn't verified even though I did that during account sign up. I've tried with three different emails. It doesn't send a code when trying to log in either. I don't see anywhere I can put in a support ticket. I even tried resetting my password to see if that would trigger something, and it let me reset my password but says the account is not verified. I just want to get on the app 😭

Hello. I'd like to state an issue regarding the JISOO app. When trying to log in today, I was unable to connect to my account as it says it's been withdrawn. Why was my account deleted? Could you please look into it? Thank you. The overall experience with this app is great.

I love the recent updates, getting direct messages from JISOO and the exclusive photo/gallery updates on the app. The app is really innovative and it's honestly my first time seeing a celebrity make an app like this, big props to JISOO and her team! It's free and absolutely no ads.
