This app works great. The best part is that the icon does not take up a lot of space on my website; it's a very thin rectangle at the bottom of the page. I'm on the free plan and it works great, also includes translation. I also manage my facebook page messages on this app, I don't have to install another app for Facebook messenger. Great customer service too.

Unreliable notifications, cant stop the app from vibrating or waking phone. And most of the usually free features in the app are paid here. Edit: i did check your app notification in system settings long before u give me the advice. Also, getting the same set of features like these on desktop still doesnt make my statement false. And notifications remain unreliable as well. And still waking the screen. So, here we are, at the beginning again.

Worst experience ever. The messages don't sync properly, it takes about 10 seconds more for the message to appear on my Android phone, either Tawk or LiveChat don't have this delay. Plus the Canned responses do not work on phone I cannot search for them only by typing words in context it shows up. The other glitch (bug) if you start dialogue on phone and continue chatting on PC the messages will not appear in phone's app. This is not serious at all. Why posting an app that really doesn't work.
