Pretty hopeless for the customer and for the business - which seems to make it as difficult as possible to give them money! Entry of mobile number and OTP is required every time the app is opened (expected when setting up but why every time?) and then the OTP doesn't arrive! Result? After four attempts, I can't place my order and Keells can't take my money! The number of developer responses to reviews (i. e. zero) is very significant. What a way to do business.

I don't even know howthe app work because it won't let me continue past verifying email. By the time verification email comes otp timed out. It says can combine with if user had already registered in keells website but there is no hope that's happening nor any other option to sign in using same credentials as for web logging. Basically an app to keep the customers away than attract. Download if you're ready to get frustrated.

There is no way of contacting them when you are facing an issue with app, hotline number is not reachable at all, submitted a request through app and still waiting for their response, simply just place the order and pray that everything will go smoothly, cos there is no way of contacting them if something happens, just don't reply saying apologies for the inconvenience we are facing high number of calls, I'm referring to +20 contact attempts went answered; starting from MAY 31st !!!
