Extremely poor app design. The news section needs to have a dedicated space, or it needs to load before the rest of the UI. It's extremely annoying to try to press the "ticket wallet" button, only for some announcement to pop up and shift everything downward, so now my finger hits the "buy tickets" button. Or to aim for the "buy tickets button" but suddenly an announcement loads, and now I've tapped on that and it's redirecting me to a website. Lock your UI items in place.

Despite replacing my debit card and contacting the bank, the app doesn't accept BMO debit cards. Not even through Google Pay. I'm a disabled transit user and relied on this app before I moved. I can't believe it's gone so far downhill in less than 2 years. They took away yet another piece of accessibility, and I'm so disappointed in the city for it.

Absolute garbage, I have tried logging in multiple times now and the can't even open the prompt/new window on my phone to let me enter my log-in credentials. Not only that, when I try to log in via my face account info it just tells me I'm not currently signed in. What an excellent way to make post secondary student pay more for their transit fare by building an app that doesn't work just so they have to pay for tickets.
