I think I just found out something, so there are some "service requests" that when you submit a: Repair, paving, etc, on this app you get slower response time compared to calling 311, I don't know why that is but would recommend you call them directly for that stuff, in my opinion it's just another useless app.

I'm giving it 4 stars because I love it but it DOES have one big problem: if you don't fill in a mandatory field, attempting to submit SILENTLY fails. There is no explanation as to why nothing happens. This behaviour defies user expectations. Typically, apps highlight any mandatory fields in red that still require information. I assumed there was a network error for MONTHS and frequently gave up on creating tickets... then I figured out today what the intermittent issue was. Please fix it so that any empty mandatory fields GLOW RED when a user clicks the "Submit" button before all required information has been entered. Then I'll switch my rating to 5 stars :)

I'm increasing my review as I no longer get "failed to create request" when I try to submit a request after the new update, so we'll done! The map still doesn't load the road overlay unless you go back then choose location again, and the categories load/scroll slower than a snail (but still need better categories like "crosswalks") , but MUCH better than before!
