I'm increasing my review as I no longer get "failed to create request" when I try to submit a request after the new update, so we'll done! The map still doesn't load the road overlay unless you go back then choose location again, and the categories load/scroll slower than a snail (but still need better categories like "crosswalks") , but MUCH better than before!

This is possibly one of the worst systems I have used. Same thing with your web system. I can't even figure out how to submit a proper complaint through your terrible UI. I have been in the software business for 20 years, and this app takes the prize for one of the worst I have had the misfortune of using. Basic functionality is unnecessarily difficult to find, the interface is confusing, and the overall user experience feels poorly thought out and frustrating.

I think I just found out something, so there are some "service requests" that when you submit a: Repair, paving, etc, on this app you get slower response time compared to calling 311, I don't know why that is but would recommend you call them directly for that stuff, in my opinion it's just another useless app.
