was good before the last update. now, instead of giving you a notification that you set up. it turns off the notification. and when you try to let them know that the app is not working correctly, they tell you that it's your phone settings. I'm sure how my phone settings can turn off the notifications in the app every time it is supposed to send a notification.

The notifications have completely stopped working for me. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling and following all their other troubleshooting suggestions, they still don't work. When I emailed to report an issue and clearly stated that I had done all the recommended fixes, they emailed me back telling me to try the fixes I had already stated I'd tried. There is no support if the app does not work, and I've gone back to just using my calendar app to give me reminders.

Does what it needs to, simple. Only wish it wouldn't annoyingly switch to the home screen after the reminder popup and just stay on the same screen as before. edit: Sept 2025 - I'm not sure what changed in a recent update but now I can't turn on notifications period. down to 2 stars.
