Notifications don't work. This app has a lot of useful information, but arguably it's most useful feature, reminding you the day before a pickup, doesn't work in this version. The developer is apparently aware of the problem as they have a help section dedicated to notifications not working, but even after following their troubleshooting steps I have never received a notification from this app. I contacted their support, but their only response was to send me the same troubleshooting steps.

Lately it's been telling me to update the app since the version is no longer supported but they're are no updates available.

Its been working great for years, but in the last few months, no matter what I try to do, no matter how many times I uninstall, delete data, delete cache, reinstall, change battery settings, change background usage, etc, I can't get notifications back for the life of me. As a result I've missed several collections whereas with the notifications I never missed one.
