update 01/2026....for the past year and a half I have not been receiving my notifications even after all the trouble shooting, including uninstall reinstall monthly/weekly. I have now deleted the app and relying on good old fashioned wall/fridge calendar scheduling. Without, I'd frequently forget! Great app. No issues so far, I've been using for almost 2 months now.

The notifications have completely stopped working for me. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling and following all their other troubleshooting suggestions, they still don't work. When I emailed to report an issue and clearly stated that I had done all the recommended fixes, they emailed me back telling me to try the fixes I had already stated I'd tried. There is no support if the app does not work, and I've gone back to just using my calendar app to give me reminders.

Its been working great for years, but in the last few months, no matter what I try to do, no matter how many times I uninstall, delete data, delete cache, reinstall, change battery settings, change background usage, etc, I can't get notifications back for the life of me. As a result I've missed several collections whereas with the notifications I never missed one.
