Regarding MetroExpress😡😡... it was a more than bad experience. The app doesn't work. It made me wait 15 minutes in the sun and it doesn't work. The drivers are not cooperative at all. I'm really annoyed. Every time I try to order a Metro Express, they write to me "Ooooooops" I got stuck at City Center station and none of the drivers wanted to help me. This always happens to me. The application does not work after the first 10 attempts.

the worst taxi app i have ever had the displeasure of using! 1. there are not enough drivers. the app often tells you there is a driver 5 minutes away, and then when you try to book a taxi it makes you wait 3 minutes before telling you that there is no one available. 2. on the occasion that you are actually able to book a ride, the wait times are long. the app might tell you that the driver is 6 minutes away, but he actually takes 15 minutes to arrive!!! this app has made me late many times.

The app itself is very easy to use and drivers are polite. The problems I have encountered are discount codes not being applied and incorrect wallet balance calculations. I raise the complains with the customer care and wait for the complaint department to get back to me... but they never do. I have to call back several times to follow up and still 2 of my complaints are unresolved. I have even sent via WhatsApp but I don't think it's even monitored as there has been no reply.
