With Kockum Fritid's app you get the most out of your system when you exercise indoors and outdoors.
In the app, we have, among others gathered your training program, your group fitness classes, your challenges you adopted and any other activity in and outside the house that we offer in the app, and more. Read more below.

Monitor your workout results and see your progress directly in the app.

When you work with us, you can collect your moves automatically, directly in the app via Technogym's exercise machines and can thus get more out of your workouts every day.
Our facility is equipped with Technongym's latest technology and can connect to the machines via your account. You are connecting via your bracelet or in several other ways. The equipment can automatically show up on your exercise program and expose your training results via your mywellness account. The system synchronizes to a variety of fitness apps and you can also add your result manually.
