Installation Payments not eligible for auto draft? Called and no one could justify why this is sensible, only that "headquarters makes the decisions". Heavy consequences for the customer if you miss a payment while on installation options, yet not allowed to set to auto pay. Seems like a trap.

such a scam with a company that already has a monopoly...disgusting. horrible service, I can't wait to move. I asked to switch to a analog meter, it was never done, but they haven't failed to upcharge me an extra 15 bucks a month. like I have a choice, there is no other provider in the area. I would give negative stars if I could.

always updating causing pay ment issues and the call centers only service certain areas, setting up a installment pay plan is great but would be nice to know that you cant set up auto pay to pay them which is dumb that it let me then never paid it now im behind on the bill had had to theb pay 2 bills in full
