Pretty good platform. Easy to navigate and book customers. The pricing is a bit low, and I'm not sure how the property dimensions are entered, but I've come across some jobs that are way larger than first identified. You have the ability to upcharge for large sites and overgrown lawns. However, the customer will most likely drop for this. No worries, those aren't you want long-term anyway. Overall, I'm satisfied using this to grow my customer base.

Very time consuming with so many notifications. But it does help you stay on track allowing you to add your own accounts to the routing app. A few things LS could develop would be: 1) A source for aquiring helpers who don't have equipment but are able to work full or part time. 2) Partnerships with equipment suppliers that could offer price discounts. Possibly fuel partnerships. 3) Insurance policies for medical, vehicle and equipment.

It's good for the most part However, the payouts are scheduled as too low, they need to start at a higher rate and be competitive that is due to a lot of these properties look good on Google maps when they overview it but that generally not the case. Or based on what the client states isn't generally the correct case either, I have found that most of these clients also don't know the dimensions and then compliant when we don't do certain things. Also need more weekly opportunities vs bi-weekly.
