over pay for loans and upcharge everytime no matter what level you are. Not worth paying 3 to 5 times more than what you get.

The app says it needs to update, but this is a fake notification, because the app opens for a few seconds before the update notice pops up. Very suss. This app has been in update mode for several weeks now. Of course the max APR for loans done through the mobile app is listed as 35.99%, and anyone who has been sadly desperate enough to accept "help" from this company knows the interest rate charged is waaayyyy more than that. More like 350% and UP. I think we know why the app doesn't work.

I continue to receive a msg I need to update my app, but according to my settings, I'm up to date!!! I also do not see the point of the app or applying online, once you call customer service, they ask you the same questions. Pointless.
