I'm giving this warch a 1 star , because this watch is not good in any possible way, like for example the battery life is very week when connected to the phone, the exercise steps does not even correspond with my steps, we have whatupp on this app , but we can't even type, only see notification, the is not really anything much to do on the app 😠fix it

Good day,I want to complain about my device which I purchased some days ago. It keeps disconnecting and going blank on my wrist even without a low power. If I try charging it, it still takes like hours to switch on. I have sought on an alternative way to reach out but couldn't find none aside this. I look forward to hearing from you.

Hello, can you add more pointer dials especially simple, dark background color (maybe blue) with date and day? Moreover it would be great if it will be allowed to self create a dial/face as advertised. Can you add API compatibility as well, so 3d party apps to customize faces can be used? Plus brightness can't be adjusted as it is supposed. Please let me know. Thanks.
