It connected & worked just fine, the 1st time.. As soon as it went out of range (me 'test driving' it at home ;)) it stopped seeing the iTags completely. I tried restarting the app, turning both iTags on/off, reconnecting it anew, doing all of the above together and one by one and still no luck. I'll give it a very last try, and reinstall the app, but it's already a major waste of my time. If I didn't really need it meanwhile for my dumb cat, I wouldn't even bother this much for keys or wallet.

Terrible. Got it connected and tested, everything ok. But, in a few minutes disconnected. So, reconnected. In a few minutes alarm sounds. Can't shut it off. Stopped app to shut off. Restarted and connected. In a few minutes out of range alerts, fob is literally 5 feet away, setting is on far. Shut off. 15 minutes later siren sounds. Took a long time to shut off. Terrible. Alarms every few minutes. Cant use this. It will be making noise all the time and it's no good if you shut it off!

Miserable app. Dysfunctional to the point of useless. Disconnects from the fobs at random times, sounding an alarm even when both my keys and phone are on my person. I keep my phone on the charger next to my Keys on the nightstand. The alarm goes off in the middle of the night, when nobody has touched the phone. The app often fails to reconnect when the fob is back in range. The random times it does reconnect, I have to be within inches of the fob. There isn't enough space to list everything.
