Ratings and reviews

Good app until you make a mistake or get an issue resolved. CUSTOMER SERVICE is non-existent. I blocked a new ACH payment to a Credit Card by mistake, clicked on block instead of accept! I immediately tried to contact Mercury for them to unblock the payment, NOT a chance! NO phone number to be found, I sent priority emails/messages from anywhere i could find on the site, the automatic answer said, "we'll answer within 24 hours." Crikets 2 days later! result! late fee & interests on my card!

Mercury bank is great. The app, however, doesn't allow me to log in. It sends me an email verification link, then when I click the link it says "Verification unsuccessful. Try re-opening the verification link from the same device you used to log in." Have tried multiple times on multiple browsers to no avail. Can log into the mobile website in my browser just fine.

Awesome app! I tried several different budgeting apps, but had trouble sticking with them due to all the manual data entry required. Mercury is basically my new bank! It's effortless and honestly fun to use and figure out what works for me. Plus it integrates seamlessly with stripe!:)
