The app was fine for a long time, but suddenly stopped letting use my biometric sign-on to log into my account. I would fix it but it only lasts for a week or sometimes less and I have to fix it all over again. I set up that feature for fast convenience but the app stopping me from using it so often is self defeating. With being forced to sign in manually so often, I have to ask why I even have the mobile app? I can put my information in on the website on my laptop just as easy.

This moblie online system is horrible. I just logged into the app to make a transfer. I had to relog in to make the transfer. If I want to make a payment. I once again have to relog in to make a payment. When logging in, it doesn't give you the ability to see password. For no apparent reason the fingerprint sign in stops working. I use phone app as my primary way of banking. It gets extremely frustrating.

It used to work perfect, but it seems every few day I find myself having to log in, with all my info. It seems to reset itself every few days. I find myself uninstalling then reinstalling due to "bad connection" or "error" It isn't worth my time anymore. I gave it one more shot, not it's deleted. I have better luck going to the website.
