Ratings and reviews

App is fairly easy to use and I had no problems with setup but there is really limited functionality in terms of data. I'd love to be able to see how often the Mill is running but I can't see more than yesterday's data or monthly totals. It also blows my mind that the only impact it shows is pounds of food waste. A simple conversion to methane emissions, equivalent fuel or electricity or miles, whatever, would be so easy and help to actually show the impact.

The Mill itself works great. However, if the internet goes out, it is practically impossible to run. They need a "run offline" option on the Mill itself. The design is too streamlined. Everything is controlled by the app, so if there are any issues, you wind up with a $1,000 paperweight until customer support gets around to responding to an email. And that is the other issue, they have no phone number, so you cannot speak to anyone if you have a problem.

So the app will work sometimes and then other times you will login with all the correct information and it will time out and say something went wrong try again. Frustrating and shouldn't be like this for the price you pay for the Mill itself. Do better Mill!
