I received emails and did a good amount of surveys. When I tried to cash out my password was incorrect ,so I tried a new password that didn't work. I contacted customer service,they suggested a new password. That didn't work. I downloaded the app. Guess what? That didn't work. It kept telling my that there was a problem with them. Bottom line, I deleted my app. Thank you minefield for wasting my time. Try other apps 😡

I really like this app and the website. Though I don't use it a ton I do from time to time and have cashed out twice and have done several at home product tests that pay you a little bit more than the surveys would. I'd recommend it to others it's user friendly and you get to pick which surveys you want to do. Makes it nice! Thanks minefield

I used to love this app but now I can't complete any of the regular surveys. I've contacted support over 20 times since Oct 2023 & they will not respond back. My surveys say under construction since October 2023. I can do the surveys in red still to try products but that's it. I don't understand why I can't get an answer or help. Customer service acts like they don't care at all. And I'm really disappointed because I loved this app. I've received products to try & I've cashed out from surveys.
