For android the app works sporadically. Needed to uninstall and reinstall but still can't log in because it's not showing any hotel. Very frustrating. They don't give out paper maps but without the app it's difficult to navigate a huge property. Missed out on dinner reservations. Please fix this asap. My husband was having issues on apple phone as well.

This app sucks, slow to load, the features I get emails about aren't working properly, and it's hard to navigate. At check in they don't give you any tutorial on it and so you're forced to figure it out. Also, even though I had 2 people in my room, it would only let me order room service for the 1 maximum. Had to call instead..

APP DOESN'T WORK - the app just goes into a perpetual loop between a white screen and another screen. Nothing ever loads. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the application 3 times, no change. I emailed App Support a week ago with no response. We are booked to go to an Iberostar resort and everyone says everything is in the app, but it doesn't work.
