Ratings and reviews

I'm getting fed up with this. This app is just awful! I have constent issues getting logged in to the account! It's probably 5 or 6 times a week that I can't get logged in due to some error in the app saying "Something went wrong....." You can't even log in from a mobile web browser because it just directs you to the app! 3 weeks later and using a different phone and I STILL have the same issues with this app!

The mobile app is literally garbage constantly has bugs not allowing you to login. constantly get the error message to contact support, but in order to contact support you have to login. This happens several a week. finally, when I do get ahold of somebody from support they informed me that I need to uninstall and reinstall the app but the issue still constant after doing this. The mobile deposit is crappie set up where half the checks get rejected. I've since started using found much better app

App and service are great when it's working. The issue is that I cant login to their browser website without being told to use their app. The problem with their app is that you have to uninstall it each time you want to log in again. This is getting old. Im wanting to pay for your premium services, but if I have uninstall your app just to log in without being stuck in an intinite loading loop, what does that say about your business model?
