Overall good experience. Shopping navigation and membership feature are great. But please fix location accuracy request notification, it keeps popping up when declining access rendering the application unusable without location access.

IDK, when "reviewing" bought items, I cannot add items photos even though there is option on it. It can only access the camera (take a picture straight away) but not photos from decice storage. It didn't happened when using the old app (ACE Hardware app).

I had a very disappointing experience with the 'ruparupa' app. I ordered items using their express delivery option, which was quite expensive. However, despite paying the high delivery fee, my items did not arrive even after the promised delivery date had passed. This level of service is unacceptable, especially given the premium cost for express delivery. I don't recommend using this app if you want reliable and timely deliveries.
