Do not set up a direct debit! They double charge and show only 1 transaction on the app. Edit: Problem solved, but not with the help of support! They do double charge monthly, for some reason, but then refund it after a few days. I will be depositing money manually from now on and possibly look for a different provider as this issue caused me great stress.

edit: had difficulty finding biometric login, but does have it. Thanks for the reply. App layout isn't always the most intuitive but runs smoothly and works well.

I had to withdraw money from my cash ISA account, and during the authentication process it triggered twice. As moneybox ISAs are not flexible, I cannot put the second (unwanted) withdrawal back into the ISA. This seems type of error (processing the request twice) seems to be so basic it's unacceptable, especially for an app that handles people's money. I otherwise like the app, but can't give it anything other than one star while such basic (and dangerous) flaws exist in it.
