tried to book an inspection as per reminder latter. So, i selected a date and checked availability all good but couldn't select time

says username and password are incorrect even though I confirmed with tech support what they are. Also, I can't pick a country I don't live in soo...

A completely useless and pointless app, wait a week for an activation code only to find you can't book a single date on it, it just directs you to a phone number. I could have used a phone at any point. Update: app is still completely useless after another 12 months, still can't book a single date on it but, now not even given a phone number to call. That's progress for you.
