MOST USELESS app ever! With all the money we've been paying for services, is this the best Telecel can do in terms of an app? Simple basic functionality is non-existent. Stop the unnecessary upgrades and focus on making the app work for once. Error request made, but no response received each time - I try to buy airtime, send money, buy bundle, or check my cash balance within the Telecel app for almost 3 months to date. What is going on? Cust support is not helpful at all.

I'm pleased with fluidity of Vodafone service. However, there are couple of things that need to be fixed. I've never worked with an app that won't let you manage or change your password. The password feature does not work if you try to change it. Also, some features such as transfer of allowable data from my fixed broadband (family plan) to my registered Vodafone mobile number doesn't work. This feature is part of the plan. I'll review this rating if those issues are addressed.

I have downgraded my rating. The app has great tools, which are useless. After my initial review I was expecting improvement. Here we go: everytime you try password reset, you get a message you are unable to reset your password. This makes the app not secure. The Option to open support ticket to report a fault or outage doesn't work. There is also an issue with transferring data from the fixed bb to Vodafone line. Fix the issues and stop your comment BLA BLA for people to contact you.
