About this app

NCPMobile is the exclusive grocery shopping app of National Consumer Panel that lets you earn gift cards and other shopping rewards for telling us about the items you purchase.

As our newest panel member, you'll scan the UPC barcodes of the items you buy (or tell us a little bit about non-barcoded items), and in turn you'll earn reward points to redeem for gift cards and other rewards.

You can also take surveys, play games and more -- all while telling us about what you buy and earning rewards, directly through our grocery shopping app! But don't limit yourself to groceries: tell us about all your purchases, from gas to prescriptions, and earn your shopping rewards!

This mobile app is amazing how quickly it scans the bar code. I haven't even lined it up, yet it scans even if it's upside down or a bit out of the green square. It is so fast I dble-ck to make sure it didn't scan a bar code near by. I was confused yesterday on the list of stores "Doctor's office" I went 2 days in a row w/different copays. it would not allow me to type $5 & $15 there was no choice in non bar menu. what's the reason to list Doctor's office/visit? how to submit this review?

I love the NCP Mobile App! I had the home scanner but switched to the app because I kept having lots of problems transmitting the home scanner. I didn't think I would like it as much as the home scanner but I love it so much more than I thought possible!! No problems at all & much, much easier to use....each trip is transmitted instantly even when I have too weak a signal to make a phone call & my rewards are really stacking up. I can scan any trip no matter where I am, no more waiting to home.

Easy to use, although there is no longer the option to record a "won't be shopping" survey. This option was nice to have as I don't shop every week a lot of the time. I do like the ability to put frequently visited stores at the top of the store list. There are still some things you can't do, like record certain items that are no charge or free with a coupon. Most of the time it works well. It is certainly more convenient to have an app instead of a scanner. Haven't used rewards yet.
