The app has always been terrible, with your camera randomly disconnecting or not registering for days at a time despite no wifi or power issues, the volume issues, the poor support—among other things. But the fact that I can't even look at the live feed anymore really takes the cake. You used to be able to click on the camera and it'd show you what's happening. Now? Nothing. Like why the hell did we pay for this if it doesn't even work? Regrettable purchase for sure. Definitely warn people away.

Lose connection all the time, even though you have a high speed internet. Sometimes it does not record a video of motion function, and if you try to check on playback, the cam shows an empty space, saying, no data recorded at this time, and you know exactly what happened, but the cam does not work. Too expensive for the poor service and costumer service , forget about. The one that is little bit better is reolink ,I bought 2, but it does not recorded 24/7 ,it only records max30seconds Videos

Bought 2 cameras and paid the $9.99 a month fee to record up to 10 days for both devices. Worked for about a week and then cameras went offline. At that point, the app stopped working and wouldn't open again. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times. Called customer service. Got an automated voicemail saying they weren't available and to leave my contact info. Have not received any response. I will contact the attorney general if my issue is not resolved.
