The initial install, set up and firmware update were very glitchy and frustrating as the app kept crashing and wasnt cooperating. I wish there was a way to better controll the motion sensitivity or an option to record only certain things instead of every little wind motion. Other than that the app is easy to use and after all the updates it rarely crashes now.

Camera works great, but the app misidentifies birds constantly, deleted moments instantly return (after already having spent a decent amount of time identifying them), and everyone using swipe for back/more menu options is killing every mobile experience because you have to swipe so delicately or else you're going to the last screen instead of accessing that extra options you needed. UX/UI design is dead.

I actually really like the product and app, BUT the Android version will apparently not let me fully turn off alerts. Android app permissions screen only lets me put alerts on "Silent" so my phone does not chime or vibrate when an alert is triggered, but they still stack up on my phone and my laptop which is linked to my phone, every time something moves within the frame of the camera at all, which is a lot! Had to log out of my account on the app to stop the alerts. 5 stars if fixed.
