I have enjoyed watching the different birds come to the feeder. The solar panel works great to keep the camera charged, although after a strong windstorm it quit charging. My husband had to clean the connection and seal around the point of connection and it has worked great since. I will say on occasion the playback freezes or sometimes it will miss a bird on the feeder if it doesn't stay for more than 30 seconds. These are small annoyances compared to the joy I get watching the birds.

I received one for gift, worked great for a few months then the camera would not detect movement. I contacted customer service and they corrected the issue after trouble shooting, by sending me a new feeder. They were very quick to take care of the problem. Love the feeder. Have the solar charge and it keeps the battery charged no problem. Next on my list is the birdhouse with camera!

Overall my experience has been good, but I'd like to see more refinements within the app. For example, I wish the app were able to set sleep times relative to local sunrise and sunset. The fact that the AI recognition works at all is impressive, yet it makes a lot of errors, especially when the lighting is poor. I wish the app could also assess lighting conditions and limit recordings to when they're good.
