I have enjoyed watching the different birds come to the feeder. The solar panel works great to keep the camera charged, although after a strong windstorm it quit charging. My husband had to clean the connection and seal around the point of connection and it has worked great since. I will say on occasion the playback freezes or sometimes it will miss a bird on the feeder if it doesn't stay for more than 30 seconds. These are small annoyances compared to the joy I get watching the birds.

I received one for gift, worked great for a few months then the camera would not detect movement. I contacted customer service and they corrected the issue after trouble shooting, by sending me a new feeder. They were very quick to take care of the problem. Love the feeder. Have the solar charge and it keeps the battery charged no problem. Next on my list is the birdhouse with camera!

Ok I was having trouble connecting with the feeder. I originally started with a 1 star review, I've bumped it up. I didn't realize that, I needed to scan the QR code on the back of the feeder camera with my phone.Then scan the QR code on my phone with the feeder camera. I'm not sure if this is in the instructions, which would have been great. I'm not too worried about the AI feature. The quality of the photos and videos are great.
