I originally downloaded ingress in order to create pokestops in PoGO. Been hooked ever since. The on-the-ground component of the game means that every point you capture for your team has a very real feel to it, which is something that is lacking in many video games. Planning and coordinating with team members as you run around a neighborhood, battling a handful of unseen enemies and racing to capture or recapture key locations is exhilarating. I really hope the community sticks around

The concept is great but there was a big step down with the new client. The old one was responsive and made gameplay very quick, competitive, and fun. It's just not any of that anymore. Edit: Dropping a star since somehow it's even worse now. After killing off a loyal player base they're now awkwardly trying to squeeze money out of it, making it impossible to play? How embarrassing.

Doctor's orders, "Get more exercise!" I know that I will never go to a gym. So what's an old fat gamer to do . . . GPS games! Glad to see that there are more of them out there today. However most are not my genre. Scanning the list I'm happy to see an old favorite with an upgrade. Ingres is now Ingress Prime! Love the premise, and the game play. But more than that, love the community; no matter the faction. So pick s side and get out there and explore your surroundings.
