Findthing app, works with Nut device to help you find things easily. When you can't find the key, wallet, credit card and other items at home, office or on a trip, you can quickly and easily find the items by ringing the Nut device!

Ratings and reviews

Easy to set up, but managing devices sucks. When you add a device, you have to choose a label. You get limited number of labels and you can't reuse them. For example, I have two sets of keys because I am always misplacing them (hence the need for tiles). You can only use a label once. So, one set of keys is labeled "Key" while the other is "Umbrella"! That's ridiculous! You should be able to create your own labels. This needs to be fixed.

I updated all 3 of the tags I had and halfway thru the update it froze and turned off. When I tried to switch them back on, none of them would come back on. I followed all the suggested instructions in the "Help" section but nothing helped. Reached out to the company as also suggested and just got a email instructing me to do the same thing that was on the "Help" section of the app and told "It was going to be ok!" Such a disappointment.

READ MANUAL! DO NOT "Pair" it to your phone first! No, I didn't, but maybe that's the 1 Star Reviews. :-) Anyway, use the app to Pair it. The first time went really quick! The second unit (4 pack) took a couple of tries, but it did work. Just make sure to hold it within 4 inches and remember that just your phone alone may be more than 4 inches. I had to hold it near the bottom of my phone.
