There are a bunch of bed base apps. No problem pairing for me, once I downloaded the right app. It immediately found both bases of my split king, and after an unplug/plug of bed it paired with no problem. This app feels like somebody did the absolute minimum. It's totally plain-wrap, and doesn't include all the functions on the physical remote. The Okin "Resident" app also works with my Nectar Premier base, and has more functions.

The app is constantly unpairing itself. The only way to get it to connect is to unplug the bed and plug it back in. This app should remember what to do when I get home and always connect, just like any other Bluetooth devices. For the amount we paid, I would expect a better built app. Please fix this issue.

0 stars should be an option. Followed the directions and it did not pair. When you hit the settings button in the app you get a blank screen with 0 options to choose from. Developers did you forget to finish developing your app?? When you tap an option for the bed is says "please pair device" yet the device shows that it's paired in Bluetooth devices. Highly disappointed the app doesn't work. Please fix asap!
