The app is very raw and doesn't provide even the basic information (i e where the car has to be parked). The pricing information is hidden. And frankly I couldn't find the usecases for omago. Taxi is cheaper for one way trips (you can't park the car outside of the area you took it from). For 2 way trips it's extremely expensive even with the monthly membership compared to p2p rental (i e gomore).

Sorry to hear about your experience. Parking instructions are in the app and on our website. Cars must be returned to their home area, and a full-day rental is 49€ without a membership. App keeps crashing. No way to lock doors during the reservation. Took 15 minutes to end reservation due the crashing app, and because of it, it charged me extra. 0/5 experience. Urgent customer service is non-existent.

Sorry for your bad experience! The car should have keys for use during the reservation. We're fixing the app crash issue and will compensate any charges caused by the bug. The app works badly and missing some basic functions. After authenticating my account and a few calls with support I still was not being able to book the car. The prices that are shown are very different from what you'll get, unless you have a subscription. Which makes the service useless, because you can as well just rent from the major companies for the same money.

Hi Gennady and thank you for your feedback! We're sorry to hear that the account authenticating didn't go without a problem and we couldn't help you with your car needs. Unfortunately we have mostly vans that can be booked without a membership. The cheapest membership (Basic) costs 5,90€/month and there is not notice period. BR, Omago team
