The app works badly and missing some basic functions. After authenticating my account and a few calls with support I still was not being able to book the car. The prices that are shown are very different from what you'll get, unless you have a subscription. Which makes the service useless, because you can as well just rent from the major companies for the same money.

Unfortunately we have mostly vans that can be booked without a membership. The cheapest membership (Basic) costs 5,90€/month and there is not notice period. BR, Omago team

The application was pretty slow originally, but seems to be faster now after the latest update. Before I did my first booking I realized that an Active subscription would be the cheapest option for me, so I upgraded my account. But nowhere did I see that the upgrade can take several days, so I had to do my booking with the Basic price... I finally got a refund on my Active subscription, since I ultimately did the upgrade by mistake, so thank you for that!

The app needs to be significantly improved. It has immense potential as a sole hour based cheap low threshold renting service outside of Helsinki. Overall UI needs a facelifting. It now looks like an app made by some student for school project. Improve the backend because it keeps loading for at 5-10s before showing anything. Part of the app still has Finnish text despite the app language being in English. For example, while taking pictures after the ride.
