Ratings and reviews

Processing takes longer than expected and when you wanted to chat with somebody, either queueing is long or nobody is online. Edit (16/10/24): Contacted by OrbitRemit after 2 days and was explained re: the issues. With the level of customer service they actually render, i have re-rated them up. I will still use the app/services and expect transaction turnaround accordingly. Also, for future concerns that I have, calling them will be the easiest if chat is too busy or offline. Kudos

Always always broken. Always a problem. Set up with Wise if you can. Can't make payid payments at the moment because of bug. Been a bug for a month. I reported the issue, with screen recording and all and Diana in support promptly replied with a generic link to a how to use PayID. Thanks Diana, real helpful. A well earned one star review. Reply to dev response: Liar. Absolutely not resolved. Determined it was a bug and asked me to update to an unreleased app version on my 2 month old phone.

I've been with OrbitRemit for more than a decade now, years gone apps/services was getting better regardless of the amount.
