Terrible, outdated appearing app and website. I received a notification the credit card I had on file was expired. When I went to log in, it made me change my password. Fine, except my old one wouldn't work, and when I used the temporary password, it took multiple tries to get the app to accept it (the website just straight up wouldn't). What a joke.

The way invoices and trips/charges are displayed is very unintuitive. It's difficult to understand what the real toll actually is and if by paying I'm going to do it the wrong way and not get the discount as an EZ pass account holder. It should be very clear to see tolls, by plate, and by date. Unfortunately it seems like everything is piled together which causes confusion in understanding the overall cost. the "reversals" and fees and other administrative activity should be separated.

The app has no reminder of username feature. There are many nonsensical options to attempt to access your account and many end in demanding you enter a password, even though it says you can sign in without. Once you do get signed in, the buttons to pay only work about 50% of the time. The entire app needs a massive overhaul to be more user friendly. In response: you cannot be reminded of your username anywhere. You can sign in with an invoice, but then it says you cannot when you try.
