Works most of the time. Sometimes the reader just stops connecting to the phone despite full internet and Bluetooth working. Frustrating.

I have the Classic reader and one day it worked fine and the next day you released an update and it no longer works. I called customer service, we went over "troubleshooting steps" and nothing worked. I have been with the Clip 2 years but, oh surprise! The "warranty" is only for 1 year. And now you "offer" me to buy another, more expensive Clip with Bluetooth so that it works with my device, a new Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus?! HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT. WORST EXPERIENCE WITH YOUR SERVICE!

Very satisfied with all! congrats. To be honest when they told me about this equipment and the app I didn't believe it. Super easy to use. only have one question, Do you charge any fee for transaction i bought one in Mexico and on the box it said 3.6% fee but nothing else. No terms and conditions.
