I have recently ordered a Paytm Soundbox for my shop . And it came after 20 days and doesn't work . Sound does not come after transaction and Bluetooth connection is also unable to do .I tried to contact their customer care through their number but it is an automated voice and just cut your call after few minutes. And when I tried to chat on the app it's just a chatbot . And tried to raise the compalina and replace the soundbox it's keep saying something went wrong. Worst customer care. AVOID!!

I had a really bad experience with this app. They initially offered me a plan for 49 rupees deposit and 1 rupee rental per month, but suddenly they increased the rental to 99 rupees. I called customer support and told them I didn’t want the sound box, and they noted my cancellation request. However, my subscription hasn’t been canceled yet. I've been trying to reach out for 6-7 months, but the agent who gave me the plan said I quit the payment and told me not to contact him. I'm really frustrat

CHOR COMPANY BHENCHO!!!! Worst app and service, I have been closed their soundbox last 3 months ago but they deducted payment from my account every month I have been raised request to stop deduction of payment but they have been not done , I want my refund which I have not used kindly co-operate and slove my problem asap. Otherwise I will raise issue with higher concern team.
