Ratings and reviews

Though app is catching up with most of features, but it sometimes miss/mess with basic functionality. For example- For NPS transactions, there is some on going issue for Tier 2 withdrawals so its showing a notification in app requesting users to directly withdraw tier 2 NPS from KFintech. If user do withdrawal from KFinTech as requested by app, then app doesn't have provision to sync portfolio back. It will keep on showing my old portfolio amount. There is no back syncing such basic feature.

Don't have option rate <1 option. People who wanted to install and Trade on this application dont ever never use this app for trading. There are many hidden charges after opening account and no customer care experience They will say we can reachout to customer care when we ask the contact number they will say we dont have option to contact directly through call. When we ask about email id they will inform we would be getting back to you in some time. NO PROPER CUSTOMER CARE OR RESPONSE FROM TEAM

The customer support is very poor. I raised a ticket through help and support but did not receive any response. I also called the customer care number, but no one answered. They said they would call back in three hours, but I never received a call. When I redialed the customer care number, they again said they would call back, but I still haven’t received any response. I have lost my money.
