This latest update has made things much worse. There is no barcode to scan in-store. No way to place an order through the app. The app will open but when the "Order Now" button is pressed, it will open the menu but selecting anything, app immediately goes to the home page. No matter how many times I go through the process, it just loops back. Rewards have changed, not for the better. Birthdays used to receive a free sandwich, now you only get a discounted sandwich, not free. App is unusable.

SANDWICHES ARE THE BEST! APP was somewhat slow, the input from my phone was not as responsive as other apps. When I was selecting the store location, placing the order and paying. It was not clear if the app was responding, I had to be patient and wait a bit before the next input request. I typically use the PC web based system and will stick to this 90% of the time.

Needs options. The app works well on my Pixel but there's a few things I don't like ,,, you can't pay in store and you can't adjust the toppings. Because of that ,,, it's a little clumsy to navigate because you expect additional windows for ordering and pricing that are not there. So, you have to go back and forth checking your order, description, etc. Needless to say, it is not for me because I like everything on me sub.
