Why is this app so difficult? I lock my phone for a couple minutes and the episode starts over. Then you have to scroll to find where you were and watch the ads again. I bet if you pay for premium that wouldn't happen & they probably won't care to fix it. This is the worst streaming app I've used and the only one with this problem. Also the pause button is extremely touchy & annoying. Also! you can start a new episode but it will just keep replaying old ones over & over. Get it together Peacock

"Premium" tier of this streaming service comes with ads....making this the economy class of streaming services. Only reason I'm giving two stars is because other paid services have worse content selections, but I would say there's not enough here to make ad free worth it, and 3 sets of ads during a 20 minute show is a bit much. Go elsewhere if you're planning on paying for ad free, if you don’t mind ads as much, check out the free content on Tubi, freevee, or similar other services available.

App is nearly unresponsive and takes forever to load. Tried to use the website, as it's much, much faster, but can't watch anything because they want you to use the app. Can't even get past the login page without my phone timing out after sitting there for 5 minutes as it tries to load... UPDATE: Nearly 2 months later, no change. Wonderful app...
