Order delivered after 1 hour 40 minutes. For the last almost an hour the status was 'Ready to be delivered'. Repeatedly tried customer care but nobody picked up the phone. The food was delivered absolutely cold and tasteless. Even the seasoning sachets are very old stock - turned yellow and soggy! This is the second time in a row I have had the same experience. I demand a refund for my order.

Pizza hut are cheats. Pathetic app and service. 10 jul order (Pune). Jalepeno poppers was not available. I had asked for refund. More than a week now and still no refund. App does not show order history and no provision to raise a complaint. Also, if the item is not available then the app should show as unavailable whilst placing order and not after making payment.

Terrible service, after making an order the payment was done but the order was said to be failed and due to that I will have to wait for a week for the refund. You can't even contact the outlet who has recorded the order. Very bad experience, terrible.
