I am very disappointed with the pharmeasy. The medicine price is less compared to other pharmacy apps but the problem is they don't deliver it on time which they have mentioned in the app and the when we call their customer care they will simply raise the ticket and give us the ticket number saying it will resolve in 24 hrs. Don't order from this app if you require the medicine on priority or urgent base instead book on other apps if even the price is high for faster delivery.

I used to love it and am a regular long time customer. But off late recently, there are delays in processing, are they going downside? I wish they shouldn't. Also help option is very limited and time consuming. No phone number mentioned. If your issue is not listed in there help section, then no option for us to report. Also, no place to track the previous issues raised. I left a message in chat but now there is no option to go back to it to see if there was an update from them. I wish they fix all this and continue to be very good online pharmacy app.

This is a good app. Service is very professional. Only problem is that if u book a lab test you cannot modify it - timings, number of tests or cancel. Have to forcibly taken the tests added in error. My bill amount was 1950. When he came it changed to 2826. He said I added extra vitamin tests that I thought you may need. I have had good experiences in the past but this one was so disappointing, it wiped out everything else.
