About this game

This is a chess game where you can play with your friends, with random people online or with the computer.

Playing with your friends over the Internet is very easy - one player hosts a game and receives a unique code, the other one joins it by typing this code.
No registration or login is required.

You can play online even if your friends don't have an Android device - the game works on most of the popular platforms, including Apple, Amazon, smart TVs, web and others.

Some of the other features include:
- A smart rating algorithm that matches you with opponents of a similar strength
- Ability to analyse your games and see where you had made mistakes, what other moves you could have played, etc.
- More than 50 000 unique puzzles where the goal is to find a checkmate in 1, 2, 3 or 4 moves
- Chat in the games with friends and ability to add spectators
- Game timers
- Chess960 aka Fischer random chess
- Handicap chess
- Chromecast support allows you to project the game on the big screen, but use the phone as a controller
- For Android TV you can play with the TV remote or a game controller
- And many others

We hope you like it!

WHAT A GAME! Puzzles, online playing, AI playing, same screen playing are all great! The only problem is AI level 1 and AI level 2 are wayy different from each other. Please take a look at that and, when I play online, some players take ridiculously long like 3 minutes for each move and there should be a report option to report these players who do this. KEEP DOING MORE CHESS GAMES👍😁😊😎🙄

Hi, thanks a lot for the great review! We do have a "report a problem" button that can be used for reporting various issues - bugs, cheating, etc. - it's inside the main menu. And level 1 is actually the AI doing just random moves - useful for learning the rules, etc.

I like that I can play 2-player on the same phone without passing the phone back and forth; it really helps focus and planning. Playing against the computer is fun: Level 1 is easy enough for beginners to have fun, and level 12 is really challenging. I love chess and don't love ads, and I would pay a one-time price for no ads, but I won't do a recurring paid subscription for a phone game. There should be a one-time cost ad-free version, and a premium subscription version.

You should not lose automatically if you're disconnected from the server. That's garbage. Twice in a row I was well ahead in a game and ended up losing significant points because of connection to internet. I get that you can't just sit forever, but 28 points over 2 games is too much for something you can't really control. Especially when it's more likely a server issue cuz you've got full connection on your side.

Hello, thanks for the feedback! Unfortunately we can't do that, as it would allow players who are losing the game to kill their internet in order to avoid losing points. So this is a trade off that we had to accept. Also we use Google servers which have a very high reliability and have only had connectivity issues for a few minutes per year or so.

What's new

Added a couple of small bug fixes.
