The gameplay is great, matchmaking seems solid. I've been playing for a few years and have the same complaint I've seen from others recently, I get the subscription model but constant ads makes me want to stop using the app. I've been closing out the app and reopening every time an ad comes on. I get it, you gotta make money, but I'll likely be one of the users you lose to do so.

I love this app, it's underrated!! People should learn how to play chess the right way. Although, I can't add comments to anybord/community thing, it says my "Account is not actived yet" and I don't know how to :(. Anyway beside that it's a wonderful place to learn and do chess, better than Duolingo! I cannot change my username, I waited 90 days and still I can't change it.

The reason for the 2 star review, isnt anything wrong with the client. Its the users, foreign or domestic. the amount of people who cheat in a game of chess is pathetic. And there is no real punishment for doing so. All they do is run the game vs a high level computer making the same moves you make in a game. And have near perfect play from starting ELO of 100, all the way up the ladder. Trying to find a casual game, is almost impossible.
