Just joined a few days ago and am well on my way with close to 2,000 points. I love that you have a variety of options for building points rather than just games alone. It's catching purchases quickly and accurately. A survey a day,purchases, and an ad a day really adds up quickly. Linking to frequently used places like Amazon, Ulta etc are a bonus. Just sent the link to my daughter so she can get started. The payout options allow for actual money. The camera for receipts is testy at times.

Pogo use to be a great app. I haven't been able to scan receipts ever since the update that added loading receipts at the bottom of the app. What's up with that? I can't even relink my stores or get the daily points without the app crashing. So, basically if it requires opening the app. 9 times out of 10 it's not going to happen. I've cleared cache and I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Nothing fixes it. FRUSTRATING!!!

I like the concept. It's easy to use. I really do get points most of the time. However, I've tried multiple times to contact support about a game issue. Pogo power play games are the worst. You achieve one or two of their goals and then it takes you back to one of the beginning goals and tells you to reach it but you can't because you already have done so and all the rest of the goals are gone. This has happened multiple times. I've contacted support multiple times. No response.
