I bought the Everything Box for the 2x3 Hi Print. it has not worked at all since I got it. the printer powers on, the app opens and detects the printer. says it needs a firmware update before I can print, but the printer battery isn't charged enough. it has charged until the indicator light turned green. still not charged enough. charged for over 8 hours. still not enough. charged for a full day, 24 hours. still not charged enough. this is infuriating. I have emailed support, no answer.

This used to work, but now it doesn't. I've had this printer for a few years. It used to work great, but now it keeps getting paper jams. Every time I try to print, halfway through it, jams and stops printing. I wasted nearly a dozen papers trying to get it to work. It also keeps turning itself off, won't stay paired, and doesn't seem to hold a charge. I'm really bummed about this cause not only did I buy 3 2 packs of the photo cartridges, but I only used it a few times when I first got it.

i just bought the printer and everything was working perfectly, the pictures are looking great. The only problem I found is that the last two cartridges I've used have only printed out 9 of the 10 Polaroids it has. it keeps saying there isn't anymore pictures in the cartridge and that it needs to be replaced after just printing 9. the packaging should say "18 pictures" not "20".
