Had items in my cart and app refused to take my payment stating processing error. Refreshed and even went back and readded items in case the item sold out, and was able to. After trying for a couple of minutes, the item sold out. I also got my account locked for scrolling through boxes too fast in their "pop now" feature since everything was already reserved/sold out and I was trying to fight for a labubu. This app is a waste of time.

trying for Labubu dolls is crazy. I was lucky to get the item in my cart, which was allegedly served for 5 mins, but when I went to check out it said "sorry your item is too popular" and wouldn't let me complete the purchase. but also wouldn't let me delete the item from my cart and made me wait the full 5 mins to empty my cart. also, some items in boxes were held for 5 mins and some for 15 mins I dont understand the difference in hold time. all in all, you're lucky if you get one.

App is ok I guess. I have only used it for in-store pickup and it has worked well enough for that, but it can be very slow/sometimes not load at all and there does not seem to be a way to remove out of stock items from your bag for some reason, or at least the in-store pickup bag. I also don't know why you can't search for your Pop Mart location instead of having to scroll through a list to find it. It lists my local Pop Mart as still coming soon and never shows the correct stock for that store.
