several issues:1) filter/search tool is useless, it never shows all the items that fit the filters. you could filter out one style, or search for that style or find them from the menu and get 3 different sets of items. 2) cannot use the robochat. typing into the box does nothing. 3) cart limit. once you reach the 30 item limit,it just deletes the oldest items?? no notice or warning,just an error code in cart. also 30 item limit, when most of the items sold are tiny,soft and compressible, is wild

The app is fine when it actually works, but I consistently get a “failure to fetch” error when trying to log in. The only fix that has worked is deleting my account, waiting 24–48 hours, re-registering with the same phone number, and then waiting another day or so for my account info to reappear. By the time I can get back in, the sale items I wanted are usually picked over, and I’m stuck ordering over the phone. Have loved this store my entire life. The online shopping is almost as addictive as in store, I notice online even something already on sale, when you proceed to check out, they lower the price again. I've been pleasantly pleased recently with the items Ive ordered and what I got the items for, amazing! I will always shop VS, absolutely top quality, at even better pricing than before!
