Ratings and reviews

Generally I have no issues when shopping on the app, however when I try to sign in to pay my card it tells me my password is incorrect, yet when I try to reset it it tells me my new password cannot be my current password, thereby confirming I'm using the correct password in the first place. Occasionally it will work and let me sign in but 90% of the time I cannot log in at all. This really could use some improvement because it's incredibly frustrating.

App can be a bit slow, sometimes it will add multiple of the same item to your bag instead of updating the quantity, and doesn't seem to let you manually update the quantity like the website does. other than those issues the searching, browsing, filtering and sorting all seems to be well done and is efficient

Crashes when I go to (edit to add it crashes for all categories). Ran pretty smooth until then. I said, *Yes, app is up-to-date.* Photos don't really load super quick, sometimes at all. Scrolling through photos is a pain because it skips back to the first one or refuses to scroll at all. Videos do not load. Been a while since I've window-shopped or checked sales, so the new look is quite nice. It seems to run much more smoothly otherwise now. Hopefully they can figure out the crashing issue.
